RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
Whether you purchased an item online or at our
store, we will fully refund most items within 30
days of purchase.
Return Policies

and catalog policies.)
Interior Gardens Inc. will fully refund most items
within 30 days of receipt. In order to offer you the
lowest prices possible, please adhere to the
following return policy.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or
exchanges of any opened Lighting or Growing System
which is returned or exchanged, unless defective.
Returning items by mail · Include all original
packing materials, manuals and accessories with the
product to avoid any additional fees. · Please
indicate the reason for the return. We recommend
items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for
proof of delivery. We also recommend re-using the
original shipping carton and packing materials. ·
You are responsible for all freight charges.
However, you will be credited all reasonable and
customary freight charges (relevant to that item) if
product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item
was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in
your return package.

Quantity Limits, Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic,
pricing and/or photographic representation are
subject to correction. We reserve the right to
modify this site's content at any time.
Determine shipping times
To find out when you will receive your ordered
items, you need to consider the availability of the
item(s) you ordered and the delivery method you
selected. Here's how it works:
Item Availability + Delivery Method = Total Delivery
Time · Total time to you is based on order
processing time plus shipping time. · Order
processing time includes credit verification and
time to pick and pack your order. If the merchandise
is in stock, your order should leave our warehouse
in 2 to 3 days. If the merchandise is on backorder
it may take additional time. · Shipping time is
chosen by you when you select a shipping method. o
Ground level of service is the least expensive and
usually takes 3 to 10 days. o 2nd day air and next
day air are also available for an additional charge.
· An example: o Product is in stock and usually
ships in 2 to 3 days. o You choose ground as your
shipping method. Your product should arrive between
5 and 13 days of when you submit your order.
